My name is Laura, a mobile reflexologist on the Shropshire/Powys border who started Shropshire Hills Reflexology in 2020. I offer clients the opportunity to have deeply relaxing treatments in the comfort of their own home. Shropshire Hills Reflexology provides mobile treatments in Montgomery and the surrounding areas. I am trained in maternity reflexology and offer pre natal and post natal treatments. The theory of reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the whole body are reflected in the feet and hands (see footmap). Reflexology works those reflected areas with their hands/fingers, aiming to bring those areas back to balance, therefore aiding the body to work as well as it can.
